Naperville Cosmetic Dentists: The Invisalign design provides our patients with straighter, more attractive smiles while not detracting from their overall appearance during the process.
Interviewing Experts: How long will I have to wear Invisalign braces?
Naperville Cosmetic Dentists: Often it takes less than 12 months, but of course each person is different. When you come for a consultation, we will evaluate your case personally.

Interviewing Experts: How will the treatment process begin?
Naperville Cosmetic Dentists: First, a dental impression is taken and digital images created. Then, our lab will create your individual, one-of-a-kind braces.
Interviewing Experts: What’s next…?
Naperville Cosmetic Dentists: The lab formulates a distinct set of clear aligner braces. You will wear each pair of aligners for two weeks, then move onto the following set.

Sandra Dyche Kim Explains Alternatives to EB-5
Sandra Dyche Kim has seen a large amount of interest in immigration in recent years. Many of these immigrants utilize the EB-5 visa program, but others seek out other forms of assistance to leave their countries for a new home. Recently, Sandra Dyche Kim spoke to Interviewing Experts about these other forms of assistance, as well as the EB-5 program.
Interviewing Experts: Why are so many people interested in seeking citizenship in other countries?
Sandra Dyche Kim: There are a multitude of reasons, many of which are political. It’s easy for people to become frustrated by the legal systems in some countries, which have been called unfair by those interested in leaving.
Interviewing Experts: Are all of those who seek citizenship in a second country interested in moving to those countries?
Sandra Dyche Kim: Not necessarily. In some instances, a citizen may simply want a right to a passport in a particular country in order to travel to those countries without being subject to travel restrictions. [Read more…]
Rehak Creative Services on the Importance of Hiring an Ad Agency
Rehak Creative Services helps build businesses through communications. Rehak Creative Services founder Bob Rehak, with more than 40 years of experience in advertising, understands better than most the importance of consistent, focused communication. Below, he explains why an advertising campaign is essential to the growth and success of any business.
Q: Why hire an ad agency?
Bob Rehak, Rehak Creative Services: Clients are too close to their products and services to be objective about them. They know their products inside out. But we can help clients look at them from the outside in – the way prospects see them.
Q: How do you learn about new markets?
Bob Rehak, Rehak Creative Services: We’re fast listeners. When we interview clients, we try to ask questions that a prospect would ask in the order a prospect would ask them if he/she were in the room.
Q: Is there a difference in working for small versus large companies?
Bob Rehak, Rehak Creative Services: It used to be that only the largest clients could afford the significant investment that allowed them to create ads, brochures, commercials and other promotional materials themselves.
Q: But not anymore?
Bob Rehak, Rehak Creative Services: Now, even the smallest businesses can perform these tasks all by themselves.
Q: What’s driving that changed?
Bob Rehak, Rehak Creative Services: Inexpensive software programs allow novices to create passable work.
Q: So why go to the expense of hiring an agency?
Bob Rehak, Rehak Creative Services: To get an outside perspective. Clients know their business from the inside out. On the other hand, ad agencies know it from the outside in.
Q: Explain.
Bob Rehak, Rehak Creative Services: Ad agencies can help clients articulate selling messages that resonate with prospective customers, not just management.
Q: So a broader view?
Bob Rehak, Rehak Creative Services: Sometimes you can be too close to ideas to see things objectively.
Q: That’s so true.
Bob Rehak, Rehak Creative Services: That’s why doctors never treat themselves, why lawyers never defend themselves, and why psychiatrists never analyze themselves.
Q: What are some other benefits of acquiring an outside ad agency?
Bob Rehak, Rehak Creative Services: Ad agencies are in a better position to see things without internal bias.
Q: How so?
Bob Rehak, Rehak Creative Services: They have nothing vested in research and development, favorite features or functions, manufacturing facilities or other business elements. They solely represent the prospect, not a faction within the client organization.
Q: So you try to help the client see themselves through their customers eyes?
Bob Rehak, Rehak Creative Services: That’s the first step in creating breakthrough work.
Rehak Creative Services is a marketing communications firm serving local and international clients from their base in Houston. Since 1994, Rehak Creative Services has managed advertising campaigns for clients such as Pinnacle, Halliburton, CompuCom and TransCanada. Rehak Creative Services founder Bob Rehak has twice been chosen as Copywriter of the Year by prestigious industry publication Adweek magazine.

Interviewing Experts: We understand you all did something a little unusual recently?

Interviewing Experts: You wouldn’t get too far in the moving industry without your employees, right?
All State Van Lines Relocation: That’s for sure. Each All State Van Lines Relocation employee has to go through a rigorous training process, and we just wanted to show our appreciation for their hard work.
Interviewing Experts: Did you have a theme?
All State Van Lines Relocation: Yes, we called the weeklong activities “Be the One” and came up with a full week of fun events to get the staff involved and build company spirit.
Interviewing Experts: Was it just for customer service employees?
All State Van Lines Relocation: No, the whole company took part, but customer service is the heart of All State Van Lines Relocation—the folks who greet customers, take phone calls, and handle emails. And even though it also happened to be International Customer Service Week, we tried to give it a unique spin.
Interviewing Experts: What kinds of things did you plan?
All State Van Lines Relocation: Monday started off with a free continental breakfast. Everybody enjoyed the pastries, waffles and eggs.
Interviewing Experts: And Tuesday?
All State Van Lines Relocation: The next day we challenged the employees to see who could wear the nuttiest, most outlandish hat. People really went for it and the building was filled with folks wearing all kinds of goofy headgear.
Interviewing Experts: We heard there was a big All State Van Lines Relocation Sports Day?
All State Van Lines Relocation: Right! On Wednesday everybody got to brag on their teams as they were invited to wear their favorite team jersey. People really got into it.
Interviewing Experts: And you still had two more days to celebrate?
All State Van Lines Relocation: Thursday was Wacky/Tacky Day when everybody wore bright, mismatched outfits, and Friday was Department Color Day. For that event, each department within All State Van Lines Relocation was assigned a certain color to wear. The customer service department got the award for Most Coordinated because they all looked so swanky in black.
Interviewing Experts: And some things lasted all week, right?
All State Van Lines Relocation: We incorporated daily raffle prizes, different word games, and an essay competition.
Interviewing Experts: Why did you go to so much effort?
All State Van Lines Relocation: Our primary goal is to attain the highest level of customer satisfaction, and we’re aware that can’t happen unless our employees feel secure and content in their jobs.
Interviewing Experts: And that builds a happier team, I’m sure.
All State Van Lines Relocation: Right. This is the type of event where we got to mix with our employees in a different way and reestablish that bond that makes All State Van Lines Relocation so successful.

Aldo Disorbo: I’m the owner of Nationwide Relocation Services. We’re a moving brokerage firm. We help customers find the right moving company that can work with their budget and specific relocation needs.
Interviewing Experts: Very interesting. Do most people have trouble finding their own moving company?
Aldo Disorbo: Absolutely—there are literally thousands of moving companies out there and more pop up every day. It can be mind-blowing.
Interviewing Experts: Let’s talk about your company’s charitable giving. Do you have a specific organization that you work with?
Aldo Disorbo: Nationwide Relocation Services works with many charitable organizations for many causes. But, the one that is nearest and dearest to my heart is Toys for Tots.
Interviewing Experts: Why’s that?
Aldo Disorbo: Toys for Tots provides hope to some of the country’s most needy children.
Interviewing Experts: How so?
Aldo Disorbo: Well, Christmas is a magical time for most people. It can, however, be a time of great distress for many families facing financial difficulties. The Toys for Tots program and the U.S. Marine Corps Reserves keep the magic alive by helping these families have a good Christmas morning.
Interviewing Experts: And Nationwide Relocation Services has partnered with Toys for Tots before?
Aldo Disorbo: Yes, absolutely. Thinking back, 2009 was probably our most successful year working with the charity. Thanks to the efforts of our dedicated staff and affiliates, we collected more than 500 toys for deserving children.
Interviewing Experts: No doubt that helped many families.
Aldo Disorbo: I’m proud to say there were a few hundred children waking up that morning to something special.
Interviewing Experts: How did people get toys to you?
Aldo Disorbo: Our employees brought in toys and opened up our office in Fort Lauderdale to the public as a drop-off point.
Interviewing Experts: When does Toys for Tots begin their toy drive?
Aldo Disorbo: They start every year in October and finish in mid-December.
Interviewing Experts: How long has Toys for Tots been around?

Interviewing Experts: We understand the Toys for Tots logo was designed by someone with quite a famous name?
Aldo Disorbo: Yes, in 1948 none other than Walt Disney himself designed the logo that features the caboose of the train and two rail cars. Over the last 50 years it has become an iconic symbol for the charity.
Interviewing Experts: How widespread is the Toys for Tots program?
Aldo Disorbo: Toys for Tots is found in all 50 states.
Interviewing Experts: How are children chosen to be recipients?
Aldo Disorbo: Parents can request help from the Toys for Tots website. Around Christmas, Toys for Tots coordinators work with welfare agencies and other groups to determine where the greatest need is.

Aldo Disorbo: Yes. From what I understand they accept volunteers everywhere that they have an office or warehouse.
Interviewing Experts: What opportunities are available?
Aldo Disorbo: There are many different ways to help. Of course, you can always donate a toy—a drop-off location is never hard to find. Additionally, a Toys for Tots event can be held at a private home or office.
Interviewing Experts: You seem very passionate about this charity.
Aldo Disorbo: I am—this is one that I definitely recommend that all businesses, and especially those with great social connections, support. There is nothing more rewarding than knowing you helped a child, and what better way than to make them smile on Christmas morning.
Interviewing Experts: We appreciate your time today. Thanks to you and Nationwide Relocation Services for all you’re doing for children in our communities.
Aldo Disorbo has had a passion for moving since his teens. He founded his first moving company with nothing more than an old beat-up truck and a dream. Today, Nationwide Relocation Services is the nation’s largest provider of third-party moving services in the country.
Entrepreneur Sandra Dyche on the Benefits of the EB-5 Program
Entrepreneur Sandra Dyche has seen firsthand how foreign investors have used the EB-5 program to accelerate job creation for out-of-work Americans. Below, Sandra Dyche describes the EB-5 program and its benefits for both foreign investors and unemployed workers.
Interviewing Experts: What is the EB-5 program?
Sandra Dyche: EB-5 means “employment-based fifth preference.” An employment-based fifth preference is another term for an immigrant investor visa mandates that new employment positions be created for U.S. workers.
Interviewing Experts: When was this program started?
Sandra Dyche: In 1990, Congress began the EB-5 program in order to create more jobs and enhance economic growth. This is accomplished through capital investments from foreign investors.
Interviewing Experts: Who oversees it?
Sandra Dyche: Homeland Security oversees the EB-5 program, which is administered by the U.S. Immigration and Citizenship Services (USCIS).
Interviewing Experts: How does the EB-5 program work?
Sandra Dyche: The EB-5 program is the most efficient method for foreign investors to earn a U.S. green card, which also extends to their immediate family. The program authorizes many green cards each year, with a limit of 10,000.
Interviewing Experts: How does a foreign investor qualify?
Sandra Dyche: Foreign individuals who invest $1,000,000 are eligible as long as the investment comes from lawful source and can be vetted. The amount is reduced to $500,000 if the proposed project is located in a qualifying location called a targeted employment area (TEA). TEA is an area that has an unemployment rate at least 150 percent above the national average. For every EB-5 investment, the requirement is to develop at least 10 jobs for workers in the U.S.
Interviewing Experts: What else do EB-5 investors need to know?
Sandra Dyche: The Regional Center program, which was instituted in 1992, allows EB-5 investors to have an advantage in this process. In the Regional Center program, investors can count direct jobs as well as induced and indirect jobs.
Interviewing Experts: What is a Regional Center?
Sandra Dyche: A Regional Center is an entity, either public or private, that is formed to induce economic growth in a specific area. To be considered as a Regional Center, an entity must fill out an application and receive approval from USCIS. The approval only covers specific geographic regions and established industry codes.
Interviewing Experts: Has the EB-5 program been successful?
Sandra Dyche: At first, the Regional Center program was rarely used. However, nearly 300 Regional Centers have been approved and now being operational in the United States, most of them located in major markets. This is a considerable improvement from approximately 30 Regional Centers that were approved as of 2007.
